How to change password without knowing “The OLD PASSWORD”
START ( key) + R 
=> will give you the RUN BOX  
=> hit ENTER
=>In the run box type lusrmgr.msc
OR
START ( key)
=>computer management
=> hit ENTER
Then on left side local user and groups



=> This will open a window of local users and groups(local)
=> Click on users




=> Click on users will give you the another window in which accounts are listed as

 Administrator
Guest
HACKZ HELL (your account)

=> Right click on any account will give you many options like

set password
 all tasks
 delete
 rename
 properties
 help

=>  Here click on SET PASSWORD
=>This will give you a window of set  Password for HACKZ HELL (your account)
=> proceed
=>
=>This will give you a window



=>  SET NEW PASSWORD  AND CONFIRM PASSWORD >
=> OK

=>This will give you a window
=> THE PASSWORD HAVE BEEN SET

This will give you a window of account properties
Password never expires is check as default
if you check () the option of
“  user cannot change password”
user will not be able to change the password of account
