1) Open gpedit.msc(Start > Run > gpedit.msc)
2) Open Group Policy.
3) Select  { Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates
                   > Network > QoS packet Scheduler.}
4) Click Limit Reversible Bandwidth > Select Enable.
5) Then decrease Bandwidth limit (n%) to 0%.
6)  Press Apply and OK.
     Restart your PC.
